Give Priority To Your Goal: You should try to finish the required work, dedicated to your goal, you decided to finish every single day, on time, by giving it preference over less important tasks. So that, there is lesser chance on you leaving it for last part of the day and then losing an argument with your head of completing the task because of tiredness.

2. Stop Self Doubt: Doubting yourself decreases your pace exponentially. It wastes your energy to a great extent and it takes a lot of effort to pull yourself back to determination.
